Brighton Township, located in Beaver, PA, needed a new sub-station to serve its rural community.  The site for the new fire house is located on the Medical Center of Beaver County’s property and  allows for a quick response to the facility in times of emergency.  The construction for the 6000 SF fire house started in early June of 2009 and was completed in November.  The new facility has an in-slab heating system and snow melt system, sprinkler system, and emergency generator to allow for functional and efficient operations.  The design of the fire house complements the residential neighborhood as well as the nearby medical facility.  Brick and pre-cast stone along with nice bracket details make this an attractive addition to the community.
