Completion of Phase I construction of the New Galilee Fire House and Community Hall was celebrated in July of 2008 with an open house and dedication ceremony.  Phase I included building the community hall, kitchen, training room, and offices.  Phase II is planned for next year and will include a hose tower and 6-bay apparatus room. The new community hall pictured below has allowed the Fire Department to resume weekly bingo and to offer the space for special occasion rentals.  Adjoining the community hall is a fully equipped commercial kitchen.
