The Owner of this building and business in
downtown Beaver Falls was enticed to complete the above depicted
renovation when he saw Hancock Architecture’s conceptual design
rendering that had been completed for the County’s Downtown
Revitalization Program.
Our firm was hired by the Owner to developed full construction
drawings and to oversee the renovation project.
This building originally was a two story building that
had suffered a fire years ago.
Only the first floor and basement were salvaged and
renovated to look more “modern”.
Hancock Architecture’s design allowed the storefront to
once again complement the architectural style of the original
building that was built in the early 1900’s.
