The J. & J. Spratt Funeral Home is a third generation family-owned business located in an historic house on the main street of New Brighton.  Parking for the funeral home was inadequate and there was no wheel chair access for the building. When the property next door became available, the owners purchased it in order to construct a parking lot and pavilion/walkway on the property. 

 Hancock Architecture designed the new structure to complement the architectural style of the funeral home.  Hancock Architecture also helped the owner obtain a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit, storm water retention system for the parking lot, and lower level outdoor smoking terrace.
