Stone Point Landing, located in the historic district of Bridgewater, PA, was formerly the Keystone Bakery.  The building underwent major renovations 23 years ago and was transformed into commercial office space and a restaurant.  In 2004 the Owners wanted to update the 40,000 SF space to attract new tenants. 

The renderings below illustrate the proposed atrium addition which was ultimately constructed between the second and third floors.  Other areas of renovation included the conference room/sales office, common hallways, exterior façade, roofing, mechanical and electrical systems, and sprinkler/fire protection. 

Hancock Architecture assisted a number of tenants with space planning and interior design for individual tenant offices.
