2000 Main Street Award
National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials merit award for the exterior renovations.
The former Brodhead Hotel located on the
main street of Beaver Falls,
had many beautiful architectural details that were
neglected over the years.
The owner of the historic building wanted an exterior renovation
that fit the character of the downtown and their budget.
The building has apartment residences on the upper floors
and commercial office space on the first floor. The storefronts
were renovated to their original style and size.
