Hancock Architecture, located in Rochester, Pennsylvania, is a full service, licensed architectural firm serving a variety of clients for a number of different building and project types. Founded in 1994 by Edward J. Hancock, AIA, the firm has enjoyed steady growth thanks to our valued clients. 

We remain committed to our design philosophy that not all buildings are created equal!  How is it that simple materials such as wood, glass, brick, steel, and stone can be raised to the level of art in some buildings and not others?  First, the vision of the Client must be considered absolutely critical to the success of the a project.  Second, the Architect must possess the skills to bring meaningful form to the design through the use of space, structure, light, color, texture, and movement and be able to communicate the design intent to others.  Third, a talented and committed constructer must be sought to give final form to the vision.  And finally, all parties must work together as a team throughout all phases of the project.
